|1 T||Chilly powder (as per individual’s preference)|

|1 tsp||Cumin seed powder|
|1 tsp||Garam masala powder|
|Salt as per taste|

1.Wash Chicken and keep it aside,Take a pan add oil, and chopped onions and fry till translucent,then add chicken and saute well till the colour slighty changes, then add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears.
2.Now add turmeric powder, chillypowder,corriander powder,cumin seed powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
3 Add enough water for the chicken to cook.Leave the whole content in sim till the water disappears and till u see dry chicken masala.
4.Once when the water disappears check if chicken is boiled completey , now saute the content well and garnish with corriander leaves.
Hot and spicy Chicken dry masala is ready now.
1. U can substitute chilly powder and corriander powder with any Chicken masala of ur choice.
2.Increase or decrease the quantity of chilly powder and corriander powder as per ur preference.
