Parwin, minced chicken takes every less time to cook, that too you're going to deep fry those bajjis.. so just go ahead and use raw. If using whole cut chicken, sometimes people marinate chicken with bones in some thick masala ( we normally call this fried kabobs), and deep fry, in that case, steam cooking is advisable. Thanks.

    Hi Mullai,

I have been trying your recipes for the past two weeks and everything came out very well. Earlier I used to ask my husband "What to cook today?", as I felt like cooking the same item routinely. But now, am trying different items daily by seeing your mouth watering recipes. The only thing is I couldnt find enough time to cook more than two items a day, as I am a new mom. And today am going to try this chicken fritters. Will post the outcome soon.

      Vandana,

Thank you for trying my recipes and thanks again for your feedback. My son loves this dish and the same thing happens in my home too.
