This is usually made in aapa chatti , it can also be made in a thick bottomed usual kadai .Cook the aapam with a lid and remember NOT to turn the aapam [ only one side is cooked]

Fish puttu (hash) is a popular dish from Kerala mostly made with Shark and King fish along with scrambled eggs. Its also equally popular in Tamil Nadu too, but made only with sharks. Aviyal is one of the kerala dish…and here you go
Ingredients:
Vegetables – drumstick – 10 pieces (if frozen), brinjol – 2 nos, Raw banana (vaalakai) – 1 no, carrot – 1 no, beans – 6 nos, suran(seenai kilangu) – 10 small cut pieces, raw-mango – 2 small pieces
Green chillies (crushed) – 7-8
grinded coconut – 1/2 mudi (grinded with 1 tbsp of cumin seeds)
coconut oil – 3 tblspn
Fresh curd – 1 tblspn
