Kale is one tough leafy vegetable with woodsy stalks and chewy leaves similar to Murungai Keerai, leaving us with few recipe options. Cooking this with lentils was considerably easy for intake with minimal effort. Tried this with Bengal gram, following traditional kootu preparation and had no problem with picky eaters.  Fresh kale (green or purple) belong to the Wild cabbage / Broccoli family, rich in anti-oxidants with high nutrition content. These type of veggies usually get a red carpet welcome in my kitchen and will be honoured with lentil studded crown.

Zucchini a very low calorie vegetable..tried out this vadai..for my surprise it was too tasty n delicious….as Zucchini is a versatile vegetable, this vadai turns a huge success in my culinary experiments..hehe

Chilli Gobi is an appetizer or starter commonly found in restaurant menus. This is similar to cauliflower manchurian except its extremely spicy, more Indianised. Unlike manchurian this is not a chunky or wet, this is very dry with less saucy stuff.

Shrimp kebab was a big hit here, very easiest appetizier n very delicious…Can goes well with party n also for dinner with simple salads…Did with skewers can be a very interesting for kids to have this appetizier with lots of fun..really worth to try..

Olives are highly rich in Iron n vitamin E.. Olive is the fruit of the Olive tree..these olives can be marinated n served as salads r else an appetizier among the italians…i tried out as pickles..Green olives will usually be firmer in texture after curing than black olives. Olives can be flavored by soaking them in various marinades…here we go for the pickles..
