Mango Pulp 30 oz can
Sweetened Condensed milk 14 oz can
Whipped Topping 8 oz container
Fresh Mango, cubed (optional)
Method:
1. In a bowl pour in the mango pulp, condensed milk and the whipped topping.
2. Fold them in very well but gently.
3. Pour into a dish with a tight fitting lid.
4. cover and place in freezer for 2 hours.
5. After 2 hours, mix in the cubed mango pieces and return dish to the freezer.
6. Allow it to freeze for another 3 hours.
7. Serve and enjoy.

This is one of my favourite item. I like my mom's style preparation the most. I feel Grands, Surya or Krishna Sweets for that matter doesnt match this taste. This preparation does not require ripe banana in the recipe. This is an traditional home preparation, going by my great grand mom's instructions.

In a large bowl combine dates, apricots, raisins, almonds and walnuts. Stir flour, sugar and baking powder to blend. Add to fruits and mix evenly.
Beat eggs with vanilla to blend. Stir thoroughly into fruit mixture. Spoon batter into prepared loaf pan and spread evenly, press batter into corners of pan.

Tortes are moist European style flourless cakes made with ground nuts. Original recipe adapted from Jamie Oliver's The Naked Chef takes off, but had to adjust or alter certain items as my pantry was not well stocked. A simple moist nut based cake with drizzle of warm chocolate definitely kick starts the holiday mood.. give it a try!!

Simple fish varuval (shallow fry) with lemony flavour using fresh water Lake Trout. This is just like any other fish varuval and just sharing to let you know that this fish is quite edible in Indian style and taste similar to Salmon.
