Rich Chocolate Cake

I was fascinated by baking from a very young age, but nobody used to bake in our house. So last year got myself an OTG (oven, toaster, grill) and tried simple things like bread chilli toast and a plain cake.    Corn Kernals - 1 cup 

    salt a pinch

    Grated carrot  - 3 tsp

    coriander leaves – 1 tsp( for garnishing if needed)
