Description
Sambol is good for health as it is raw. Generally, we use grated coconut or coconut milk (from grated coconut only) to make sambols. But, mayonise is used for ease.

| 1 no | Large carrot (grated) |
| 1 no | Medium size onion (long) |
| 5 no | Green chilli (finely chopped) |
| 2 T | Mayonise |
| Salt for taste |
Instructions
Mix everything well & serve

Notes
Coconut milk can be added instead of mayonise. But, make sure not to use packet coconut milk or coconut milk powder. Get milk from grated coconut only.
You can use 1Tbs of grated coconut as well. No need to add mayonise.
Add some lime or lemon if coconut milk or grated coconut is used to make this sambol. Mayonise is sour so lime is not required
Black pepper powder (1/4 teaspoon) can be added as well.
