CARROT RICE

Description

Its a healthy dish which will be liked by children mostly . Its very simple and few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
1 cup Cooked basmathi rice.
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
3 tsp Oil (for sauteing)
2 Green chillies
2 Cloves
Salt
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Cardomons
1 cup Grated carrot

Instructions

Take oil in a pan or kadai when heated add cinnamon, cardomon,cloves ,jeera when they splutter add ginger-garlic paste then add green chillies and carrots after carrots are cooked put cooked basmathi rice mix thoroughly add salt. Carrot rice is ready

Notes

You can add onions its optional. Serve with papads or tayir pachadis or simply can also be taken
