Carrot Pachadi

Description

A raita (pachadi) which is loaded with Vitamin A.

Ingredients
2 no Carrot (grated)
1 cup Curd
1 no Green chilli (slit open)
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Oil
1 stks Coriander leaves (chopped )

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add grated carrots, slit green chilli and salt. Saute for 2 mts, switch off and add chopped coriander leaves. Cool and add curd. Adjust consistency by adding little water. Serve with parathas.
