| 3 | Carrot [medium sized peeled] |
| 1 | Apple[medium sized] |
Instructions
This recipe needs a fruit juice extrator, blender is not good for this recipe.
Put the carrot and apple in the fuit juice extractor and extract the juice.
Add ice cubes if u want it to be cold and serve.
Notes
This recipe needs no sugar.

I used to drink this but with one orange as well. No water, no sugar, no ice cubes were added. That was so filling & that used to be my breakfast. Then koluppu jasthi achu… But, thinking of take again after seeing ur pic.. good one!!!
