CALORIE BURNING TIPS

  1. Certain foods which  actually burn more fat than the calorie content of the food itself and fight against the stored fat

          which are:

                    FRUITS:  lemons, oranges, blueberries, guava , cranberries, grapefruit,  mango, tangerines, pineapple, apple ,

                                  watermelon , raspberries.

          VEGETABLES: asparagus, beet root, broccoli, celery, cabbage, letuce, carrot, onion, chillies, spinach, soybeans , turnip

                             papaya, cucumber, sweet potatoes

 

2.  Beverage which can fight against fat is Green tea
 
     like lipton diet GREEN TEA with citrus which is a smooth blend of green tea with a touch of citrus. Carbohydrate free and
 
     provides a healthy dose of protective flavonoid antioxidants.
 
 
3.  To burn more calories during exercise you need to increase oxygen consumption which will boost your metabolism.
 
4.  Eat Little and Often which helps for metabolism.
 
5.  Drink Cold Water
 
6.  Eat more protein and Spice up were consuming spice will burn stored fat. 
 
7.  Dont skip your breakfast / meals which will  slow your metabolism and your health will get affected.
