healthy salad and tasty too
|3 cup||Cabbage (shredded)|
|1 cup||Coconut grated|
|2 nos||Greenchillies (finely chopped )|
|1 bunch||Coriander (finely chopped)|
|1 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1 tsp||Mustard seeds|
|1 tsp||Urad dal|
|1 cup||Mango fine pieces(seasonal or optional)|
|Salt ( as per taste)|
take a big bowl,add cabbage,mango,coconut,coriander leaves and salt.season witholive oil,mustard,urad and green chillies.take this 1 hour before lunch.
if you want you can add fried ground nuts just before serving.when mango is not available you can use lime juice as per taste.
