cabbage salad

Description

healthy salad and tasty too
Ingredients
3 cup Cabbage (shredded)
1 cup Coconut grated
2 nos Greenchillies (finely chopped )
1 bunch Coriander (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 cup Mango fine pieces(seasonal or optional)
Salt ( as per taste)

Instructions

take a big bowl,add cabbage,mango,coconut,coriander leaves and salt.season witholive oil,mustard,urad and green chillies.take this 1 hour before lunch.

Notes

if you want you can add fried ground nuts just before serving.when mango is not available you can use lime juice as per taste.
