Broccoli Peas masala

Broccoli Peas masalaBroccoli most closely resembles cauliflower, rich in vitamin C,K and fiber. Here i have presented a tasty recipe of broccoli. A good side dish for chappathi.Just have it a try!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients
1 tsp Salt ( as per taste)
1 stks Curry leaves
2 T Oil
1 tsp Mustard and fennel seeds
2 stks Coriander leaves
1 no Clove, small cinnamon stick,small bay leaf
1 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tsp Dhania powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 no Green chilli (chopped )
2 nos Tomatoes(pureed)
1 no Onion(chopped)
1 cup Green peas
1 no Large potato
1 no Large broccoli

Instructions

Broccoli Peas masala

 

Cook potatoes in cubes. Cook broccoli also but dont overcook. Take a kadai and pour oil. When it is ready put some mustard seeds and when it splutters, add fennel seeds, clove,cinnamon stick,some curry leaves and bay leaf. Now add onions and green chilli. saute untill onions get transparent. Now add ginger garlic paste. saute well and when it is done, add tomato puree,turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and garam masala. take care not to burn this masala. saute frequently for 3 minutes. Now put boiled potatoes,peas and broccoli. Saute for few minutes and check gravy consistency and add water accordingly. Add salt to taste. Allow it to boil until oil separates. sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Notes

Don’t overcook broccoli as it will lose its value. Cut broccoli into small florets so that it tastes very good in masala.
