Goes well with sambar, dal etc. Or simply it can be added in the hot rice along with the ghee.
Brinjal small – 1/4kg – Chop logitudinally
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – required
2 big onions – finely chopped
Garlic – crushed
Tomato – 1 small
Curry/Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Take chopped brinjal in the kadai and add 1 small glass of water and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli, coriander powder and all it to boil for 7minute. Then switch off.
Take oil in another kadai and add mustered seeds and cumin seeds and add garlic and saute for few minute and add tomatoes and add curry leaves. Finally add cooked brinjal and saute until the water is totally obsorbed. Once it becomes thick, switch off the stove.
