I would like to cook a lamb biriyani for 10 people in a rice cooker. If possible I would like it ot be a "Kacchi biriyani". If not I can cook the meat before. Could someone give me a recipe with spice quantities and the amount of water required to cook? The rice seems very dry when cooked in a rice cooker. What is the correct quantity of rice to water for basmati? Many thanks Sarah
