1.First grind the sugar with cardomons(elaichi) and keep it separate. Roast besan with ghee(adding little by little) in a sim flame (remember otherwise besan will burn) ,while roasting small small lumps form just mash with spoon and roast till nice aroma comes and the colour will also be changed then switch off the gas .
2.Let cool for 8-10 minutes.
3.Mix in the sugar, elaichi powder well.
4.While still warm form laddoos by taking handful of the mixture.They will bind well this way.
5.Stick the nuts and raisins on each laddoo and make them look apetizing.
