This recipe is a spicy chicken, popular in coimbatore suburbs. Very simple to make and people who like spicy food would like this a lot.
Boneless/skinless chicken – 2lb cut into small pieces; Onion chopped finely – 4 or 5(medium size) ; Red chillies ( remove the seeds and use the skin alone) – 20 to 25; Turmeric power – pinch; Salt – as desired;
Heat the oil ( slightly more), and fry the onion till it becomes slightly transperant, now add the red chill skins,and turmeric powder
and fry them well till it turns brown.Add the chicken pieces,and salt and keep stirring them well, allow it to cook till the chicken gets cooked well( approx 15 to 20mts ).You can see the onion almost melted by this time and there you go,spicy chicken ready.
It goes well with plain rice.
