Are Sumeet Containers Dishwasher Safe??

Friends,

There are some days when I feel so lazy and dread having to wash those sumeet jars, lids, blades etc. Does anyone use of the dishwasher? I find food particles go into all those corners and get stuck & I end up spending a good 10 minutes soaking & scrubbing. Can be a pain at times.

Is it safe to put them in the dishwasher??

They can be a pain to wash but putting them in dishwasher can melt their rubber if you use the heat drying in your dishwasher that is. The easiest solution to this is that as soon as you are done grinding, add 1 cup water & 2 drops of dishwashing liquid & run/pulse the mixie again. It takes only about 30 sec to have a clean mixie. Just rinse & store :-)
