Serve fresh tasty salad into two mins

| 2 no | Grated carrots |
| 1 cup | Sprouted greengrams |
| 1 no | Finely chopped capcicum |
| 1 no | Grated ginger |
| 1 cup | Grated coconut |
| 1 tsp | Lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | Corainder leaves (chopped for garnishing) |
| 1 tsp | Curry leaves (chopped) |
Instructions
Soak the green grams a day in advance. After it is soaked, drain away the water and tie it in a wet cloth and hang it. this will give sprouts soon.
Mix all the ingredients and add salt and seasoning to taste.
